In-Year Admissions

If your child is currently in Secondary School and you wish to apply to us, please contact the School Admissions Department of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to complete and ‘In-Year Common Application Form’.  This form can be found on their website. Please click here for the website.

When the data comes through we will add your child to our waiting list and send you information about us with our Supplementary Information Form and Priest Reference.

Secondary Transfer – Transfer from Primary to Secondary at Year 6

If your child will be in Year 6 at Primary School from September 2016 please see below for our Admissions Policy and Procedure for 2017 entry

Our Secondary Transfer Open Evenings are Thursday 15th September 2016 and Wednesday 21st September 2016, the gates will open at 4.15 p.m.  Please arrive between 4.15 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. to ensure you can go on the tour before the Headteacher’s Presentation and the Question & Answer session.  Tours will take place in small groups led by the students and will run throughout the evening until the final presentation at approximately 6.00 p.m.  The prospectus and relevant documentation will be issued on the evening.

In accordance with the requirements of the School Admissions Code, the procedure for admission into Year 7 is determined by the Governing Body.

Admissions Policy Consultation

St Thomas More Language College is consulting on our proposed Admissions Policy for entry in September 2018.  The consultation period is from Monday 12th December 2016 to Friday 20thJanuary 2017 and is for the attention of prospective parents considering applying to our college, admission authorities within the local area, our local authority, adjoining local authorities, the Diocese of Westminster and other interested parties.
